Nitiipath Seva Solutions provides consulting and placement services across jobs, sports, academics, acting, documentation, technology, skill enhancement, counselling and freelancing. We act as a consultant and facilitator — submitting an application through this site does not guarantee placement, admission, employment, sponsorship or any other specific outcome. Outcomes depend on the requirements of the relevant hiring organisation, institution, sponsor or other third party.

3. Registration and accounts

You must register for an account before submitting an application. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Where OTP verification is enabled, you must verify your email address before your account is activated.

4. Applications

Each application you submit is reviewed by our consulting team. The information you provide in an application must be accurate and, where relevant, verifiable. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation, to decline to process an application, or to close an application that we are unable to progress.

5. Fees

Where a service carries a consulting fee, the fee, payment terms and refund conditions will be communicated to you directly by our consulting team before any payment is requested. This site does not process payments directly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to submit applications on behalf of someone else without their authorisation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data or system on this site.
