Nitiipath Seva Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operates nitiipath.in and provides consulting and placement services across jobs, sports, academics, acting, documentation, technology, skill enhancement, counselling and freelancing. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
Account information. When you register, we collect your full name, phone number, email address and a password. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is hashed before being saved.
Application information. When you apply to any of our consulting services, we collect the details entered in that service's application form, which vary by service (for example, work experience for career placement, or portfolio links for performing arts placement).
Verification information. If OTP verification is enabled, we generate and temporarily store a one-time verification code tied to your email address to confirm you control that address.
Usage information. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and we record basic interaction data (page visited, device type) when advertisements are shown or clicked, so we can measure their performance.
We use the information described above to:
Account, application and administrative data is stored in Google Firestore, accessed only from our server-side infrastructure — it is never exposed directly to the browser. Uploaded media files (such as advertisement creatives) are stored through a dedicated object storage service. Verification emails are sent through a transactional email service, using only your email address and the content of the message itself.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with our own consulting staff, to the extent needed to process your application; with the service providers that host our infrastructure, store our data, or deliver our emails, strictly to provide those services to us; or where required by law.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in after you log in or register. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Advertisement performance is measured using the interaction data described in Section 2, not cross-site cookies.
We retain account and application information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet record-keeping and legal obligations. Verification codes are deleted automatically once used or after they expire.
You can review your submitted applications at any time from your profile page. To request correction or deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details in Section 10.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who are registering with the involvement of a parent or guardian where a service (such as academic or counselling guidance for a minor) requires it.
